This product is made from a proprietary blend of Forastero and Trinitario cacao beans sourced from the Caribbean and South America, combined with evaporated cane sugar, cocoa butter, and sunflower lecithin. It is all natural, non-GMO, peanut-tree, nut-free, and gluten-free, with organic and Fair Trade Certified™ ingredients. While it does not contain milk, it is processed on equipment also used for milk chocolate, making it unsuitable for individuals with milk allergies.
